Our Snailworks Engineering Team has spent countless RandD hours painstakingly designing each component of the QuickClamp System via Solidworks Computer Aided Design (CAD) software as well as conducting rigorous on-track testing to validate their design.

This CNC machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum product has been rigorously lab and FEA tested to withstand up to 120 PSI, ensuring that it will perform optimally under the most extreme conditions. This clamping system needed a unique closure mechanism which is why our Snailworks Engineering Team has devised an elegant 304 stainless steel push-pin to secure the clamp shut. This captured pin allows for quick, easy, and toolless unbuckling and removal during maintenance or repair services. Our team has also included a provision for safety wire or cotter pin to give you peace of mind and prevent accidental release.
