This fitting will work on SR/KA/RB fuel Rails and it will allow you to rotate the fuel pressure regulator 360 degrees. When installing a Greddy Intake Manifold for the S13 SR20, it is always a problem to have to modify the fuel pressure regulator because it hits the manifold. Now with this fitting you can rotate the FPR so it is vertical instead of horizontal. This allows for PERFECT fitment. This Fitting includes an O-Ring (already installed) for the rail, (2) Allen bolts, and a new piece of vaccum tubing.
