EBC Racing 2016+ BMW M2 (87) 2 Piece SG Racing Front Rotors - SG2F006

Although EBC is quickly switching to its latest gen 3 silver grey disc rotors, all SG and SG2F disc rotors will remain in the gen 1 disc coating, for the foreseeable future. SG2F/SG2FC discs/rotors will have both a black ring and hub. The pad swept area quickly wears down to the natural iron finish on the disc ring and any unswept areas remain protected by the black coating unless burned off, such as on outer edges, due to hard use and higher temperatures, which cannot be avoided.

• Sold either as a direct replacement for performance vehicles where 2-piece brake discs are fitted as standard
• OR as a simple bolt-on 2-piece floating upgrade for vehicles with 1-piece cast iron discs fitted as standard. Where the vehicle has a 2-piece pin-drive brake disc as original equipment, EBC's SG2F 2-piece disc upgrade seamlessly replaces the pin-drive disc with a true fully-floating 2-piece disc, whilst requiring no vehicle modifications
• No vehicle modifications are required for 2-piece disc conversions
• 48 directionally handed curved vanes for effective heat dissipation
• Lower operating temperatures help delay the onset of brake fade
