Vibrant Performance v-band flanges are constructed entirely from a 300 series stainless steel clamp that features a unique quick release clamping mechanism, and a unique male/female 6061 aluminum flange design to ensure proper alignment inside the clamp. Vibrant Performance aluminum v-band flanges are an excellent alternative to traditional "under the hood" silicone coupler connections, offers a solid, leak free connection with a built in FKM rubber O-Ring and work well under operating conditions involving stress, vibration and temperatures that do not exceed 350deg F. V-Band Flange Assemblies are a popular and effective alternative to traditional flanged or slip fit tube connections. They work very well in operating conditions involving stress, vibration and extreme temperature fluctuations. The V-band clamp design allows for a gasket free seal and the quick release feature of these clamps makes swapping parts at the track quick and easy. Vibrant Performance V-band flange assemblies feature a unique "Male/Female" design to ensure proper alignment of the flanges inside the clamp. Each assembly consists of two (2) V-Band flanges, one (1) pressure seal Viton O-Ring and one (1) Quick Release V-Band clamp.
