This Stage-2 air intake system includes a durable 18-gauge, powder-coated heat shield and features a washable reusable conical Pro 5R air filter for maximum flow. This air filter is constructed with a 100% polyurethane frame, for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. This intake system also features a heat-insulating roto-molded plastic tube that replaces the stock intake tract and directs increased air flow with improved volumetric efficiency for maximum performance. This is a direct bolt-on kit and requires no drilling on OEM parts. This System uses a C.A.D designed, roto-mold intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. This intake utilizes a huge, 8" tall 360 degree radial flow performance air filter for maximum air flow. This 5-layer progressively finer mesh cotton gauze oiled media air filter provides maximum flow for increased horsepower and torque and is constructed with 100% polyurethane frame for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. The air filter is housed in a one-piece, black powder-coated 18-gauge heat shield that keeps warm engine air out for maximum performance.
