One-Piece Housing with Sight Window:
A custom computer designed housing eliminates the use of multiple components. It's roto-molded and made from heat soak resistant cross-linked polyethylene, ensuring the coolest air intake charge possible. A clear sight window allows for filter inspection without removal of the airbox. The housing is designed to retain the same stock mounting points as the OE intake system for a hassle-free installation.
Flow Optimized Intake Tube:
This intake system includes a CAD-designed dyno-tuned intake tube created to optimize the airflow for maximum power gains.
Huge 10-Layer Performance Air Filter:
This Momentum HD intake system was designed around a massive 1,000cfm filter possible to allow maximum performance and filtration. This filter has a (7" x 4-3/4 ) oval flange and is 9" tall and features our pre-oiled Pro 10R media. The Pro 10R performance air filter features ten layers of progressively cotton media providing 99.59% cumulative efficiency (independently tested).??The unique air filter to housing interface??(US PAT 9440175) allows for maximum filter size, which increases the available air volume while simplifying the installation process.??The air filter is wrapped in reinforced metal providing maximum strength to prevent filter collapse.
