This intake utilizes a highly engineered one-piece heat-shield that requires minimal assembly for ease of installation. A heat-insulating, rotomolded plastic intake tube and a 3-angle adaptor improves volumetric efficiency for maximum performance while lowering Intake Air Temps (I.A.T). Handling the filter duties is an oil-free Pro DRY S synthetic media, washable/reusable, 360 degree radial flow air filter that provides maximum convenience while still retaining high filtration and airflow. Utilizing factory mounting points, this system provides a hassle free installation. This intake system is made in the USA. This intake utilizes 5-1/2" Pro Dry S performance air filters for maximum flow. This 3-layer progressive, non-oiled synthetic air filter requires no oils for cleaning for maximum convenience. The intake tube is designed to maximize air velocity and is dyno tested and flowed using the latest engineering tools for maximum. The air filter is housed in a one-piece, black powdercoated 16-gauge heat shield that keeps warm engine air out for maximum performance. This one-piece heat shield uses factory mounting locations and comes with all brackets and hardware for a hassle-free installation.
