Important note from the manufacturer: do not fit upgrade pads to the rear unless the same upgrade is fitted to the front. If using EBC rotors with Thermic Black coating, do not remove the coating before install and do not use brake cleaner to remove it; it will wear off in the pad-swept area within the first 10–20 stops. The coating is intended as an anti-corrosion layer, and attempts to remove it are not covered under EBC warranty.
