Important note from the manufacturer: do not fit upgrade pads to the rear unless the same upgrade is fitted to the front. The Thermic Black coating does not need to be removed before install; do not use brake cleaner or other methods to remove it. The coating in the pad-swept area wears off within the first 10 to 20 stops and is intended for anti-corrosion resistance against rust; removal attempts are not covered under EBC warranty.
