According to Japanese law, the tires cannot extend beyond the unibody or fender of the vehicle.  So for vehicles with wider tires from the factory they come installed with this OEM fender arch that extends the fender further out to keep within the regulations of the law.  This modification is available only in Japan and not the US or Europe.  Installation is quick and easy with automotive grade double sided tape and it comes factory paint matches from the OEM Lexus.
