Important note from the manufacturer: do not fit upgrade pads to the rear unless the same upgrade is fitted to the front. Thermic Black coating does not need to be removed before install; do not use brake cleaner or other methods to remove it. The coating wears off in the pad-swept area within the first 10–20 stops and is intended as an anti-corrosion, rust-resistant layer; removal attempts are not covered under EBC warranty.
