These EBC Brakes RK Series rotors are OE quality replacement rear brake rotors built to the same specification and design style as original equipment. They are produced using G3000 Grey iron and finished with a Thermic coating for a clean appearance and added corrosion resistance.

  • The Thermic Black coating does NOT need to be removed before install.
  • Do NOT use brake cleaner or other methods to remove Thermic Black coating.
  • Coating clears in pad-swept area within the first 10 to 20 stops.
  • Thermic Black coating is an anti-corrosion layer for long resistance against rust.
  • Removal attempts using cleaners are NOT covered under EBC warranty.

As an OE-style rear rotor set, this part is intended to restore original braking hardware condition and maintain factory-type rotor design and sizing. The Thermic-coated finish is meant to remain in place at installation and will naturally clear where the pads contact during early braking use.
