Radium Mitsubishi 4G63 Early Fuel Rail Plumbing - 20-0533-PK

The Radium fuel rail eliminates the OEM 2-bolt inlet flange which uses a restrictive 0.22" (5.7mm) orifice. All four ports use -8AN ORB threads.The fuel rail reuses the 3 OEM mounting spacers (Mitsubishi MD095402) to thermally insulate the fuel rail from the intake manifold. Furthermore, phenolic washers are provided for the stainless steel mounting hardware. Mounting bosses mimic the factory fuel rail for securing the cable(s) that pass by with the OEM brackets. The fuel rail features four (4) threaded ports that are tapped for 8AN ORB. What is an ORB port?

Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application and type of hose to be used. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.For any ports that are not going to be used, simply install an 8AN ORB plug (available on the 8AN ORB adapter page).

This fuel rail features 11mm injector bores and was designed around the OEM fuel injectors. If planning on using aftermarket fuel injectors, make sure they have the same upper and lower O-ring size as well as the same overall length as the OEM injectors. This can be discussed with the fuel injector manufacturer.

This option includes only the basic fuel rail as shown in the picture below. All fittings must be purchased separately. This is perfect for installers building a custom fuel system.
